• MMN Prayer Request: Mennonite Mission Network requests prayer for Jonah and Memee Yang, who minister in Thailand from a base in Minnesota. Pray for them as they travel to Thailand twice per year to teach Hmong and Thai students in Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary’s Journey Program (Jonah) and through Mennonite Women’s Sister Care seminars (Memee).

This group is intended for all Mennonite education professionals working in public school settings. There is not cost, but registration is required. • Easter Brunch: Easter Sunday we will have a potluck brunch at 10:00am. Volunteers are needed to help with set-up and serving during the brunch. • April 8 Solar Eclipse: Rudy and Shirley will be hosting Aaron and Ruth Martin on April 8 for the viewing of the only total eclipse in our area in the last 100 years. Shirley & Rudy would like to invite you to their home for this occasion. There will be a light lunch at 12:30pm followed by Professor Martin preparing for the event. Please RSVP to Shirley & Rudy so that Professor Martin knows how many pair of eclipse glasses to bring.

• Nursery Update: Friendship provides a nursery for children on Sunday mornings. During the Sunday school hour, the nursery is provided for children not yet of Sunday School age.  The Nursery is also provided during the Church service, after the children’s moment, for children up to age 5.  We offer activity bags for children 6 and up to use during the Church service.

• Choir Concert Tonight: Please join us this evening for the Goshen College “Voices on Earth” tour group!  This FREE concert will begin at 7:00pm on Sunday, February 25. During the concert there will be a freewill offering.

• ACA Prayer Request: Ohio Conference invites you to cover its upcoming Annual Conference Assembly on March 1-2 in prayer. Please pray for everyone involved, including Dan Miller, Interim Conference Minister; Ken Sims, Moderator; Paula Snyder Belousek, Assistant Moderator; Jeanne Zimmerly Jantzi, Conference Consultant; and Meghan Larissa Good, guest speaker. Pray for the Spirit to be present as delegates discern, worship, learn and fellowship together. 

• No Sunday School – Feb. 25: There will not be any Sunday school classes on Sunday, February 25. Classes will resume on Sunday, March 3.

• My Coins Count Returns!: Our next My Coins Count collection will take place on Sunday, February 25 during the worship service. This special collection goes towards the mission and ministries of the Mennonite Central Committee.

• Mennonite Women USA: Mennonite Women USA will host its next Coffee & Conversation on February 29 from 6:00-7:30pm. The topic is “Sheroes of Education.” A panel of educational professionals will lead the next Coffee & Conversation: Three Black Anabaptist women working in both higher and primary education will each take turns talking about the women from whom they learn. • MMN Prayer Request: Mennonite Mission Network has launched a new fellowship and learning program, Just Peace Pilgrimages, to help participants enter more fully into God’s justice and shalom. Pray that God’s spirit will prepare the hearts and minds of all who join in the healing work of dismantling the oppressive structures in the United States.
