• Small Group Meeting in February: The next small group meeting will take place Saturday, February 4 at 5:00pm at Chris & Sue Coblentz’s house. Please RSVP to Sue if you are able to attend.

• High School Youth Breakfast: The next high school youth breakfast outing will take place Sunday, February 12 at 10:00am. The group will meet here at the church and then carpool to breakfast. Please contact Lauren or Ryan Hurley with any questions.

• Church Life Meeting: We will be hold our annual Church Life Meeting next Sunday during the Sunday school hour (10:00 – 11:00 am). Please plan to attend if you are able. Coffee will be provided and feel free to bring breakfast finger foods (doughnuts, bagels etc.) to share. Please see Sue Coblentz if you would like a copy of the budget to review in advance. Children’s Sunday school classes will still take place during the meeting.

• My Coins Count: Next Sunday during the offering, we will collect donations for the My Coins Count program through Mennonite Central Committee. Please bring your change (or checks!) that will go towards MCC’s work around the world.

• Sunday School is Back! Sunday school classes for adults and
  children resumed today at 10:00am! Classes will be meeting
  each Sunday.
• Church Life Meeting: We will be hold our annual Church Life
  Meeting during the Sunday school hour (10:00 – 11:00 am) on
  Sunday January 29. Please plan to attend if you are able. Coffee
  will be provided and feel free to bring breakfast finger foods

caroling Sunday, December 18 at 7:00pm! The group will meet at the church
and then carol at a few different locations, ending at Joe Kotva’s

Christmas Service: This year, Christmas day falls on a Sunday!

FMC COVID-19 & Mask Policy Update: In accordance with the
updated policy and the current Cuyahoga County COVID-19
Community Level of Medium (Yellow) we ask that everyone
please wear a mask when attending FMC.

Small Groups at FMC: Are you interested in being a part of a
small group at FMC? For those wishing to explore small group
involvement, let’s meet Sunday, December 4 at 5:00 p.m. at Sue
and Chris’ house for a potluck and conversation. Please bring a
dish to share. If you are unable to attend the gathering on
December 4, please reach out to Maria or Sue and let them
know about your interest.

No Sunday School Nov. 27: Just a reminder, we will not be
meeting during the Sunday school hour next Sunday, November 27. Sunday school classes will resume December 4.

As you can clearly tell, our website has had a major makeover recently. We want this site to be as centralized as possible for both congregation members and visitors alike.

For active attenders, you will find helpful tabs such as the announcements section, a livestream quick link, and playlists of previous sermons from Pastor Alvis. There is also now a helpful shortcut to make an offering.

For newcomers, you will find insightful “about” and “visitors” tabs with everything you need to know about who we are and what to expect from us as a church. There is also an inviting “church retreat” tab with info about where our retreat property is, how to get there, and the history behind it.

We are excited to announce that announcements will now be posted to the FMC website via this blog! Announcements will be posted here every weekend, meaning you now have the option to look here instead of referring back to your bulletin.
